These Terms govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and any natural person concluding a purchase contract outside their business activities as a consumer (hereinafter “Consumer”), or within their business activities (hereinafter “Business Customer”). Consumers and Business Customers are collectively referred to as “Buyer”. The contract is concluded through the online store available at www.yourleda.com (hereinafter “Store”).
These Terms form an integral part of the purchase contract. Any provisions of the purchase contract that differ from these Terms shall take precedence. The purchase contract and these Terms are concluded in English.
II. Product Information and Prices
Information about products, including prices and main characteristics, is provided for each product in the Store. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT and all related charges, but do not include delivery costs.
Current delivery costs and available shipping methods are always shown during the checkout process at www.yourleda.com.
EU Delivery Rates:
• DHL – 7.40 EUR
• DHL Parcel Shop – 7.40 EUR
• Free delivery on orders over 100 EUR
• Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments
The delivery rates listed above are indicative and may be updated. Current rates are always available during the checkout process.
The presentation of products in the Store is informational in nature and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable law. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable.
III. Placing Orders and Conclusion of Contract
Orders may be placed via:
• a customer account after registration,
• completing the order form without registration.
Before placing an order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review and amend the entered details. By clicking “Place Order”, the Buyer places a binding order and confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an automated e-mail confirming receipt of the order in the system. This message does not constitute conclusion of a purchase contract – it serves solely as confirmation that the order has been received.
The purchase contract is concluded upon the Buyer receiving order confirmation from the Seller. The Seller will confirm the order no later than 14 days from receipt. If the Seller fails to confirm the order within this period, the order lapses.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of an order in the event of an obvious error (e.g. a manifestly incorrect price) and to send the Buyer a new offer. The purchase contract is in such case concluded only upon the Buyer’s acceptance of the new offer.
IV. Customer Account
Upon registration in the Store, a customer account is created and protected by login credentials. The Buyer is obliged to keep their login credentials confidential and not to share them with third parties. The Seller is not liable for misuse of the customer account resulting from a breach of this obligation by the Buyer.
The Seller may delete a customer account, in particular if the account has been inactive for more than 3 years or if the Buyer breaches their obligations under the purchase contract or these Terms. Deletion of the account does not affect the validity of already concluded purchase contracts or the Seller’s obligation to archive data in accordance with applicable law.
Each Buyer is entitled to hold only one customer account with the Seller at any one time. The Seller reserves the right to remove duplicate registrations.
V. Payment and Delivery
Payment methods:
• bank transfer
• online card payment
• GoPay payment gateway
• cash on collection (in-store pickup only)
Order processing and delivery times:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. The average delivery time is 3 business days; 98% of customers receive their order within 6 days of order confirmation. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation. In the event of a delay by the Seller, the Buyer is entitled to exercise their rights under applicable law.
Products are delivered by courier or collected in person, as chosen by the Buyer.
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt from the courier. In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the Buyer may refuse to accept the parcel and note this in the courier’s delivery record.
Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price and physical receipt of the goods.
VI. Right of Withdrawal
Consumer’s right of withdrawal:
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU):
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
• goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
• goods which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery,
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Withdrawal procedure:
The Buyer submits a withdrawal using the RETINO application, available in the footer of the website under the link “Returns and complaints“. The Buyer may select one of three options in the RETINO application:
• Return goods
• Complaint
• Exchange goods
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs:
• Recommended method: Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller if the Buyer uses the return shipping code generated in the RETINO application.
• Other shipping: If the Buyer uses any other shipping method than the one provided via the RETINO code, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refund:
The Seller will refund the purchase price to the Buyer using the same payment method as originally used, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Consumer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first (in accordance with Article 13(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Conditions for returning goods:
Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, and where possible in their original packaging. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If the returned goods are visibly damaged, soiled, missing tags or otherwise diminished in value, the Seller reserves the right to make a proportionate deduction from the refund corresponding to the extent of the reduction in value.
The Seller reserves the right to restrict or suspend purchasing by Buyers who repeatedly and excessively return goods in a manner inconsistent with typical purchasing behaviour, for a period of up to 12 months. The Buyer will be informed of such a restriction within a reasonable period in advance.
A model withdrawal form is available in the RETINO application at www.yourleda.com (website footer → Returns and complaints). Use of the form is the Consumer’s right, not an obligation.
VII. Warranty and Defective Goods
Consumer’s rights:
The Consumer is entitled to receive goods free from defects. Goods are defective if they do not have the agreed or usual characteristics, are not suitable for the agreed or usual purpose, do not correspond to the agreed quality, or are incomplete.
The Seller is liable for defects in the goods that become apparent within 2 years of delivery to the Consumer, in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU on contracts for the sale of goods. A defect that becomes apparent within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.
Where a defect is acknowledged, the Consumer is entitled to:
• request repair or replacement of the goods,
• a proportionate reduction in price,
• withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is material or cannot be remedied).
Business Customer rights (B2B):
Buyers acting in the course of their business activities are subject to the statutory provisions on liability for defects under applicable commercial law. The Business Customer is obliged to inspect the goods and notify the Seller of any defects without undue delay after discovery. The parties agree that the Business Customer shall notify defects no later than 6 months from delivery of the goods, failing which the warranty rights shall lapse. The 2-year warranty applicable to Consumers does not apply to Business Customers.
Complaints procedure:
Complaints must be submitted via the RETINO application available at www.yourleda.com (website footer → Returns and complaints) or by e-mail to eshop@yourleda.com. The complaint must include a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
Complaints will be processed no later than 14 calendar days from submission, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. The full complaints procedure is available at www.yourleda.com.
Shipping for complaints:
When submitting a complaint, the Buyer may use the shipping code generated in the RETINO application; in such case a flat-rate fee will be charged. The applicable fee is set out in the current price list at www.yourleda.com. After the complaint has been resolved (whether upheld or rejected), the Buyer selects one of the available delivery methods for the return of the goods; this delivery is charged in accordance with the Seller’s current price list.
VIII. Communications
All contractual communications are conducted electronically to the e-mail addresses provided in the order or customer account. Communications are deemed delivered at the moment of dispatch to the relevant e-mail address, unless returned as undeliverable by the sender’s server.
All communications relating to orders, complaints and withdrawals should be sent to: eshop@yourleda.com or via the RETINO application.
IX. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes the personal data of Buyers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and applicable national data protection law. Detailed information on personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy available at www.yourleda.com.
Commercial communications (newsletters, marketing e-mails) are sent only on the basis of the Buyer’s prior consent (opt-in) in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive) and applicable national law. Consent to receive commercial communications is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication or by sending a request to eshop@yourleda.com.

The Seller undertakes to seek an amicable resolution of consumer disputes in the first instance through direct agreement.
XII. Final Provisions
The legal relations arising from the purchase contract and these Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. In the case of Consumers residing in an EU Member State other than the Czech Republic, the choice of Czech law shall not deprive such Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Article 6).
The Seller has not voluntarily subscribed to any code of conduct within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law.
Offers published on www.yourleda.com are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to conclude purchase contracts through this Store.
The purchase contract is concluded in English. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms in English and understand their content.
The Seller accepts payments only from accounts registered within the European Union. Payment instruments issued outside the EU may not be accepted.
All content on www.yourleda.com is protected by copyright. The Seller is entitled to amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version of the Terms is always available at www.yourleda.com. Amendments to the Terms do not affect purchase contracts concluded prior to the date the amendment takes effect.
