How to measure yourself correctly
-
Bust
Measure with a tape around the fullest part of your bust/chest, under your arms. The tape should be held horizontally and not too tight. -
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually a few centimetres above the navel), keeping the tape horizontal and comfortably loose. -
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, standing straight with your feet together. Keep the tape horizontal. -
Inside leg length
Measure from the crotch to the ankle along the inner side of the leg, ideally while standing upright. -
Sleeve length
Measure from the shoulder joint (or the highest point of the shoulder) down to the wrist bone, with your arm slightly bent.
