When returning or exchanging an item, the goods must be properly packaged, undamaged, show no signs of use, and be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the goods using the following methods: manual visual inspection, chemical analysis using UV light, and comparison with photographic documentation taken at the time of shipment.

Once we receive the package, we will inspect it and refund your money to your account or send you a new product within 14 business days.
